Directions: Place several ice cubes in a glass and add the rum. Top with the ginger beer, add lime wedges and stir.

Directions: Add ingredients to a shaker with ice. Strain into Sugar Island® shot glass. Rim with sugar and lime wedge.

2 ½ parts Cold Brew Coffee
½ part Orgeat Syrup
Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions: Shake rum, orgeat, coffee together and strain into a highball with ice. Top with a scoop of ice cream.

1 bottle Ménage à Trois® Prosecco
12 ounces Ginger Beer
2 cups Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
2 tablespoons Fresh Mint Leaves
1 Thinly Sliced Grapefruit
Directions: Add rum, ginger beer, grapefruit juice and prosecco sparkling wine to a large punch bowl. Add ice to the bowl. Mix in mint.
1 ½ parts Sugar Island Spiced Rum
1 parts Pineapple Juice
¼ parts Fresh Lemon Juice
½ parts Mint and Brown Sugar syrup
Directions: In a mixing tin, pour mint syrup and a few extra mint leaves into the tin and crush with a muddler. Add all other ingredients shake and strain over crushed ice in a tin or copper cup. Garnish with mint and a pineapple slice.

Pilsner Beer of Favorite Lager
Directions: Build all ingredients in beer glass. Garnish with orange slice.
2 ounces Sugar Island Spiced Rum
1 cup of Tea
5-6 tablespoons Lemon Juice
3 tablespoons Honey
1 stick Cinnamon
Directions: Boil tea and put in glass. Add shot of spiced rum and 5 to 6 teaspoons of lemon juice. Add 3 teaspoons of honey and one cinnamon stick broken in half.
2 ounces Sugar Island Spiced Rum
1 dash Pernod®
½ ounce Orange Curacao
¾ ounce Fresh Lime Juice
2 dashes Angostura® bitters
Directions: Fill a shaker with ice. Add 1 ounce rum, lime juice, curacao, bitters and Pernod; shake well. Strain into a rocks glass filled with cracked ice. Float the remaining rum on top.
¾ ounce Sugar Island Spiced Rum
¼ ounce Blackberry Liqueur
¼ ounce Crème de Banana Liqueur
2 ounces Orange Juice
½ ounce Grenadine
8 ounces Crushed Ice
Directions: Add rum, blackberry liqueur, crème de banana liqueur, orange juice, grenadine, and crushed ice in a blender. Blend until slushy and pour into glass.
