1 part Sugar Island® Coconut Rum

3/4 part lemon juice
3/4 part Aperol
3/4 part simple syrup

Combine all ingredients over ice in a punch bowl. Garnish individual cocktails with pineapple chunks on a skewer.
5 oz Ménage à Trois® Vodka
16 oz Dole® Canned Pineapple Juice
3 oz Blue Curacao
6 oz Tres Agaves® Organic Margarita Mix
16 oz Sprite®
3 slices each: Lemon, Lime, Orange
Swedish Gummy® fish or cherries
Directions: Sprinkle Nerds® candy on bottom of bowl as “gravel.” Fill bowl with ice. Add remaining ingredients. Serve in glass/plastic fishbowl shaped container with 18-inch party straws.
1½ ounces Sugar Island Coconut Rum
¾ parts Fresh Kiwi Puree
¼ parts Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ parts Dole® Canned Pineapple Juice
Directions: In a glass shaker, add all ingredients, add ice and shake and strain over crushed ice. Garnish with Kiwi wheel and a pineapple leaf.
2 ounces Sugar Island Coconut Rum
½ ounce Fresh Lime Juice
Splash of Tres Agaves® Organic Agave Nectar
Splash of Ginger Ale
Directions: Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a glass and top off with the ginger ale. Garnish with lime wheels and raspberries.
4 ounces Sugar Island Coconut Rum
3 ounces Ménage à Trois® Vodka
4 ounces Dole® Canned Pineapple Juice
2 dashes Grenadine
Directions: Combine rum, vodka and pineapple juice in a drink shaker. Shake firmly until frothy. Pour in a martini glass, add a touch of grenadine in the middle. Makes 2 large martinis.
1½ ounces Sugar Island Coconut Rum
1 ounce Cream of Coconut
1½ ounces Dole® Canned Pineapple Juice
Directions: Place it all into a blender with a cup of ice. Hit the button and hold on to your hat. Garnish with a pineapple spear.

2 parts Sugar Island Coconut Rum
2 parts Passion Fruit Juice
1 part Orange Juice
Juice of Half a Lime
1 tablespoon Simple Syrup
1 Tablespoon Grenadine
Directions: Place all ingredients into a shaker and pour into a high ball glass. Garnish with orange slice and cherry.
